What people leave on Google
In their words.
Quoted from the KQ Bar listing on Google, with spelling tidied and translations marked. We do not write our own and we do not pay for them. If you had a good night, twenty seconds on the link below is the best thanks there is.
★★★★★Fantastic bar. Best bar I've found in Pattaya. Staff incredible, attentive and fun. No pushy sales tactics, simply enjoy your night. Highly recommend.

★★★★★Great bar with fantastic service. The only bar with Guinness in the complex and it was one of the best I have had outside Ireland.

★★★★★Great bar. Next to the live music but not overly loud, you can still chat without shouting. Friendly staff. Great night.

Nine reviews, read closely
What people write after a night here, and what we did about it.
KQ Bar has nine Google reviews at the time of writing, which is not many for a bar that has poured every night since April 2024 and is the reason there is a card on every table asking for one. Nine is enough to read carefully, though, and three things come up more than once.
The staff, and the absence of a sales pitch. "No pushy sales tactics, simply enjoy your night," wrote one reviewer in February 2026, and it is the line we would have chosen ourselves. Another calls the staff "incredible, attentive and fun." That is Min on the till, Save and Bank behind the counter, May, Annie and Rita on the floor, and the one rule of the bar, which is that they talk to you as much as you want and not a word more. It is also the reason the Wynn Bar, which was here before us, is not here any more.
The volume. "Next to the live music but not overly loud, you can still chat without shouting." The tables along the stage edge are to the side of the speakers, not in front of them, and that is the whole trick. It was not designed; it is where the bar happened to be. We have since made it the point.
The Guinness. "The only bar with Guinness in the complex and it was one of the best I have had outside Ireland." That one is from an Irish visitor, in May 2024, when the tap had been pouring for a month. We have never printed the second half of that sentence on a sign, because the law that came in the following year would not allow it, and because it is his to say and not ours.
There is a one-star review from August 2024 with no text. We do not know what went wrong that night and we would like to. If it was you, the Messenger link at the bottom of this page goes to the owner's phone.
The review the regulars quote
"Stayed in Pattaya for seven nights and drank here every night." Brian, from Spain, May 2024. We mention it not because it is flattering but because it describes the bar's actual business: not the crowd that comes once, but the one that comes back the next night, and the next. Seven nights at the same counter is how most of the people on the Thursday stools started.
What the reviews of the complex say about us
Las Vegas Beer Garden has forty reviews of its own and most of them describe the hall, the cold and the band without naming a bar. We have read all forty and sorted them by which of the ten bars each one plausibly means; that page is linked below. The ones that describe "the bar by the stage" or "the bar with the Guinness" mean us, and we have said so there rather than here.
How to leave one
The card on the table has a QR code; the button at the top of this page is the same link. Twenty seconds, on Google, from your own account. Say what the night was like. We read every one, including the ones we would rather not.
How to find us
Come and write your own.
One way in, one way out. Nine bars stand between the gate and us, and each will invite you in. Keep walking.
Come in from Soi Diana
The big Las Vegas Beer Garden sign, two minutes from LK Metro. Free entry, no ticket, no dress code.
Walk straight up the middle
Past Pocket Kings, Palace, the V Bar, Full House, Viva, Aces High, MGN and Black Jack. The music gets louder with every step.
At the stage, look right
A black disc ringed with bulbs, a gold crown over the K. That's the door. The toilets are just past it, which is why everyone walks by at least once.
Or let your phone do it
KQ has its own pin on Google Maps, separate from the complex. Tap it and the blue dot ends at our bar, not the front gate.
