Monday evening
The DJ's first hour is a warm-up: something familiar at talking volume while the hall fills from the front. KQ's counter has Save or Bank on it and time to talk. This is the hour the Guinness pours are unhurried.
DJ Monday · seats to spare · open till 3
Monday is the complex's DJ on the main stage, a hall running at about half, and the stage-side tables sitting there with nobody's name on them. If you have ever wanted the front row without the elbows, this is the night it costs you nothing but turning up.

What Monday has that the other six do not
On a Saturday the tables along the stage edge are gone before the first song. On a Monday you can walk in at nine, pick the one dead centre, and nobody will have to be moved. It is the same seat, the same air-conditioning, the same view of the stage. The difference is the queue, which does not exist.

How the night runs
Three snapshots of the room from behind the counter, because "open 6 PM to 3 AM" tells you nothing about which hour is yours.

The volume comes up, the lights start moving, and the stage-side tables fill from the middle out. Still room. Still a conversation possible without leaning in.
Mondays thin out after midnight rather than ending; the regulars stay, the tourists on a first night go back to the hotel. The counter is open until three either way.
The move
Come in from the walk along LK Metro, take the centre table, and stay long enough to work out whether the DJ is playing to the room or the room is playing to the DJ. The answer is different every Monday.
When the seats go: Any time. Genuinely. Nine o'clock on a Monday is the easiest stage-side seat of the week.

Pair it
Pair it with Trench Town on LK Metro, a minute away, which has live reggae singers seven nights. Reggae at nine, the DJ at eleven, or the other way round.

Asked about Mondays
Checked 17 October 2026. The schedule is the bar's; how each hour feels is the counter's opinion, and the counter has been watching Mondays for two years. If a night changes, this page changes the same week.
How to find us
One way in, one way out. Nine bars stand between the gate and us, and each will invite you in. Keep walking.
The big Las Vegas Beer Garden sign, two minutes from LK Metro. Free entry, no ticket, no dress code.
Past Pocket Kings, Palace, the V Bar, Full House, Viva, Aces High, MGN and Black Jack. The music gets louder with every step.
A black disc ringed with bulbs, a gold crown over the K. That's the door. The toilets are just past it, which is why everyone walks by at least once.
KQ has its own pin on Google Maps, separate from the complex. Tap it and the blue dot ends at our bar, not the front gate.
