A bar-restaurant on a pier beside Walking Street with the whole bay in front of it, a big Thai and Western menu and a burger with its own name. Not connected to Las Vegas Beer Garden, and people confuse the two.

Where KQ fits
The bar beside the band, at the back of the last complex on the list.
Nine reviews, which is why we do not pass our own rule. What we have that the front bars of the complex do not: the tables along the edge of the stage, the only Guinness tap in the building, staff who let you enjoy your night, and a licence until 3 AM. Walk to the stage, look right for the black-and-gold sign.

The list above is ranked by a rule, Google's rating weighted by review count, and a rule ranks a brewery beside a sports bar beside a rooftop as if they were the same thing, which they are not. Read the list for the three or four rooms that are your kind of room, and then read their distance from our counter, which is in every entry, and then read the reviews, which the entries quote. A night is two or three of these, walked between, and the walking is the point of the city.
