At 9 PM
The first set is played to a hall already three-quarters full and a stage-side row that filled at seven. Saturday's early crowd is families finishing dinner and groups on the first stop of a long night.
The band from 9 PM to 1 AM · the busiest night · open till 3
Saturday is the reason the stage is there. Ten bars, one band, one hall, and by eleven the tables at the back have stopped being furniture and started being somewhere to stand. If Friday is the night, Saturday is the night with the volume up. Come early, or come late and stand. Both work.

What Saturday has that the other six do not
Somewhere in the third song of the late set the tables along the stage edge stop sitting. It is not organised. Nobody announces it. One table stands, the one behind it stands so it can see, and thirty seconds later the whole of KQ is up. From the counter it looks like a wave. From the stage it looks, the band tells us, like the best part of their week.

How the night runs
Three snapshots of the room from behind the counter, because "open 6 PM to 3 AM" tells you nothing about which hour is yours.

Full, loud, standing room at the counter. The second set is the band's showcase: the songs they are proudest of, the guitar solos they save for a room this size.
The late set is the one people talk about. It finishes at 1 AM, the room sings every chorus, and the last hour before three is the regulars and whoever has the legs left.
The move
Come at seven, eat, watch the room fill, and stay for the late set. Or come at eleven from somewhere else, walk to the back, and stand at the counter for the last two hours. The second plan is the one most regulars have settled on.
When the seats go: Seven for the stage edge. Half past seven at the latest. After that, the counter, and the counter on a Saturday has the best view in the building over the tops of the tables.

Pair it
Pair it with an early evening elsewhere and arrive for the late set, or start here at seven and go on to Walking Street at one. Soi Diana to Walking Street is a ten-minute baht bus.

Asked about Saturdays
Checked 17 October 2026. The schedule is the bar's; how each hour feels is the counter's opinion, and the counter has been watching Saturdays for two years. If a night changes, this page changes the same week.
How to find us
One way in, one way out. Nine bars stand between the gate and us, and each will invite you in. Keep walking.
The big Las Vegas Beer Garden sign, two minutes from LK Metro. Free entry, no ticket, no dress code.
Past Pocket Kings, Palace, the V Bar, Full House, Viva, Aces High, MGN and Black Jack. The music gets louder with every step.
A black disc ringed with bulbs, a gold crown over the K. That's the door. The toilets are just past it, which is why everyone walks by at least once.
KQ has its own pin on Google Maps, separate from the complex. Tap it and the blue dot ends at our bar, not the front gate.
