Las Vegas Beer Garden has one entrance, one walkway and ten bars. KQ is the last one on the right, next to the stage and the toilets. Nine bars stand between the gate and us, and every one of them would like you to sit down. This page is how you get past them.

Landmarks
Tell a driver "Las Vegas Beer Garden, Soi Diana" or simply "LK Metro"; every driver in Pattaya knows both. Grab works well: set the pin on KQ Bar itself and the app brings you to the Soi Diana entrance. From Walking Street it is about ten minutes on foot along Second Road, from Beach Road about five minutes inland, and from Soi Buakhao about three.
Keep walking. The front bars are good at what they do, and they will offer you a seat before you have seen the stage. If you already know you want the band in front of you, a proper pint, or a night without a sales pitch, say "KQ, at the back" and carry on. It is a thirty-second walk.
The approaches, one by one
Paced on foot in September 2026. Every route ends at the same gate, so this is only about getting to the gate; the walk inside is the plan above.
Walk the lane to its Soi Diana end, past Trench Town's reggae on your left and the sports bars on your right. Out of the lane, turn left towards the music, and the Las Vegas sign is on the right before you have finished the thought. The shortest route in the town, and the one most of our regulars use.
The Soi 13 turning, signed Pattayasaisong 13, which is the same soi as Soi Diana. Walk east with the hotels on both sides. Lee's Diner and Craft Cottage, the two kitchens that cook for our tables, are on the left. The big sign is on the right after two hundred metres, and on a band night you will hear it before that.
Up Soi 13 from the sand, across Second Road at the lights, and on down the soi. The Sportsman pub is on the corner if you need a landmark, or a pint before the walk.
Find the LK Metro arch, which is opposite Tree Town's end of the street, and walk the lane. Or, if the lane is not your night, north to the corner and round by Second Road, which is a few minutes longer and quieter.
Any baht bus heading north along Second Road, a coin in the box when you get off. Off at the Soi 13 turning, three minutes on foot. The buses run until the bars close, so the reverse trip at one in the morning works too.
Say "Soi Diana, Las Vegas Beer Garden" and every driver in the town knows it. Show them our pin and they will not need to. From North Pattaya bus station it is five minutes; from Jomtien fifteen.
Soi Diana at nine is a lit street with motorbikes on it and hotel guests walking the same way you are. It is not Walking Street and it is not a back alley; it is a soi with a big neon sign at the end. The only real hazard is the road itself: motorbikes use the pavement when the road is full, and the road is full from eight. Walk on the left, cross at the Second Road lights, and do not step off a baht bus without looking behind you.
The gate has no door and no doorman. The cold is the first thing you notice, then the noise, then the nine bars between you and the stage. Each has staff at its front who will smile and gesture at a stool. That is their job and it is not rude to keep walking. Say no thanks and stay in the middle of the walkway; the walkway is wide enough that nobody can block it.
Stopping at the first bar with a free stool. There is always one, and it is always near the gate, and it is always thirty metres from the stage. The band from there is a noise. From our tables it is a show. If you came for the band, walk the thirty metres.
Trusting the wrong pin. Two directories list KQ Bar on Walking Street, which is two kilometres south and has never had a KQ Bar in it. Our own Google listing, KQ Bar Pattaya @ Las Vegas Beer Garden, is separate from the complex and ends the blue dot at our counter. It is the link on every page and the only one you need.
Say "KQ, at the back, by the stage" and nobody will fail to find you. Message the bar with a name and a time and we hold a table; then the person at the counter says the name and points. Min has a good memory for names and a better one for faces.
