At 9 PM
The first set on a Thursday is the band at ease: nothing to prove, everything in tune. The hall is about two-thirds and the stage-side tables are half taken by eight.
The band from 9 PM to 1 AM · the regulars' night · open till 3
Thursday is the band's third night, the set is warmed up, and the weekend crowd has not landed yet. It is the night the regulars pick on purpose, which tells you something: the people who could come any night come on Thursday.

What Thursday has that the other six do not
There is a table near the counter that is, by long habit rather than any rule, where the people who come every week sit on a Thursday. You will know it by the fact that Min knows what they drink before they sit down. Say hello. They have opinions about the set list and they are usually right.

How the night runs
Three snapshots of the room from behind the counter, because "open 6 PM to 3 AM" tells you nothing about which hour is yours.
The first set on a Thursday is the band at ease: nothing to prove, everything in tune. The hall is about two-thirds and the stage-side tables are half taken by eight.
The second set is the best of the week for the songs that need the whole room singing. Thursday crowds sing. We do not know why. They just do.
Thursday runs until 1 AM. The people who came at eight are still here at one, and the late set gets the requests that the earlier ones did not have time for.
The move
Make it the night you talk to the band. They are on a break every forty minutes or so, the bar is not so busy that the singer cannot stop at a table, and Thursday is when they take the odd request they would not risk on a Saturday.
When the seats go: Come by half past seven for the row along the stage edge. By nine you will be at a table one row back, which is still a good table.

Pair it
Pair it with Matador on Soi Buakhao, two minutes away, if you want something heavier after our second set. Their band leans into metal.

Asked about Thursdays
Checked 17 October 2026. The schedule is the bar's; how each hour feels is the counter's opinion, and the counter has been watching Thursdays for two years. If a night changes, this page changes the same week.
How to find us
One way in, one way out. Nine bars stand between the gate and us, and each will invite you in. Keep walking.
The big Las Vegas Beer Garden sign, two minutes from LK Metro. Free entry, no ticket, no dress code.
Past Pocket Kings, Palace, the V Bar, Full House, Viva, Aces High, MGN and Black Jack. The music gets louder with every step.
A black disc ringed with bulbs, a gold crown over the K. That's the door. The toilets are just past it, which is why everyone walks by at least once.
KQ has its own pin on Google Maps, separate from the complex. Tap it and the blue dot ends at our bar, not the front gate.
